I authorise that any charges incurred in the management of the property be deducted from any sums that may at any time be in my account.

INDEMNITY:

The owner undertakes to ratify whatever the agents shall lawfully do by virture of this agreement and to indemnify them against all costs incurred by them in this regard, including any deman against them by H.M. Inspector of Taxes.
