However, the more attractive you make it, the easier it is to rent and
the better the tenants tend to look after it. The following is a

When purchasing a buy-to-let property it is useful to have carpets,
curtains and light shades
included in the price of the house. Otherwise carpets work out
at about pds. 60/80 per average room. Light shades about pds. 10.00
each and curtains (secondhand) from approx. pds. 15.00 per par, depending
on the size of the window. For large windows e.g. patio doors, it
is usual to pay around pds. 75.00.
