Having read the attached TERMS AND CONDITIONS to which I agree, I hereby instruct DAY MANAGEMENT SERVICES to let the property referred to above to students or other suitable tenants and to provide a full management service for the minimum period of the first tenancy.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The signing of this Instruction form constitutes the creation of a contract between the Landlord and Day Management Services and the Landlord commits to leave the house with the agents for the period of the first tenancy and thereafter until such time as the contract is terminated by a minimum notice of one month by either party, in writing.
